Latest brew: Chocolate stout split 4 ways to experiment with different ingredients in the secondary.
Left to right:
- 1 gallon on Indonesian vanilla bean and Hungarian medium toast oak cubes
- 2 gallons on vanilla bean and American medium-plus toast oak cubes soaked in bourbon for a week
- 1 gallon on sour cherries – this will have Orval dregs added to it (funky beer yeah!)
- 1 gallon on vanilla bean, ancho pepper and guajillo peppers, and cinnamon
