In what format and file did you upload your video to YouTube? The normal resolution looks much better then on my HD uploads. I upload 1280x720 divx files with 5000 or 6000 kbs bitrate.

@Starbuck: Thanks! :-) Here are my settings (using Vegas Movie Studio Platinum):

* Rendering quality: Good

* Audio: Change to VBR quality

* Video: VBR, WMV 9 format, HD 1280x720, square pixel, 23,976 fps,

For the rest of the settings I'm using the defaults.
