Cop Busting Frank

Riding my bicycle down
Hollywood Boulevard yesterday
I saw cops busting Frank,
a homeless man
in a wheel-chair. I stopped to
take a photo, and the cop. noticing
me noticing him doing his
job, if it can be called that -
arresting homeless and
handicapped men seeking
some escape -
held up Frank's glass
crack pipe and said,
"Make sure you get this
in the picture."

And I did.
