I've spent the day with electrodes taped to my back, delivering steroids to my poor injured spine.

A ruptured disc (acquired in a minor car accident), complicated by pre-existing nerve damage from that spinal tap I had almost 5 years ago and the connective tissue disorder I apparently also have. It's...fun. Or not.

Yeah, I was just talking to Andrew yesterday about how freaking awesome and Star-Trek-ish my electrode patch was. SO COOL! I mean, it sucks that I need it, but I'm still just amazed that it can be done.

Also, hi! Haven't heard from you in ages! Hope all is well.
