All signs of a beautiful morning were there as we walked in Riverbend park but the most striking was how this tree and grass glowed under the rising sun.

I've seen this bird many times lately as I pay attention to small birds around the area.This is my second decent photograph of a kestrel. I found this one at the entrance of a beach. Although very windy and cold, I had so much luck on this day..this was also the day I found another raptor..the peregrine falcon.
