A parade of one quiet voice. This man (who was wearing trunks by the way) walked up and down Lexington Avenue regally, eyes fixed on his quixotic purpose, taking one step every 5 seconds.
He didn't have a sign indicating any joy or protest, but his cape had wooden dowels in it so that he could 'flap' them - which he occasionally did when someone would address him. I don't believe he ever spoke. Comments
