Banded Blackbird

Torrid afternoon...We all cooled off in our own way. I felt sorry for this bird as he was really suffering. I got very close and he never moved except to turn his head away from the camera.

Big Eyes

This poor giraffe has ticks all around her eyes while the oxpecker looks on doing nothing. :-(

Resident Female Bushbuck

They allowed this female bushbuck to stay on the grounds of the lodge....They told us that once a leopard came in with a vehicle and they had to take everyone to their rooms. They had a hard time chasing the leopard out the front gate.
