Also known as Pancit Palabok or Malabon, depending on where you are. A Filipino dish, that is basically made of rice noodles, steamed shrimp, crunches of chicharon (crushed pork cracklings), flaked smoked fish (or tinapa) without the bones, palabok sauce, then garnished with hardboiled eggs, green onions, sauteed garlic and drizzled with lemon juice.
