Often when I run across cool weather effects, I only have compact or phone camera.. But this time I was fully equipped with tripod, DSLR, couple of lenses, flash and tripod!
When I arrived the Mätäoja riverbank, the Sun had started to set and lots of mist was raising from the river to the fields near it. I shot like crazy, as the mist and sunset sky kept changing for the approximately 30 minutes it took for colors to completely vanish from the clouds. This is first part released from that series.
Combined from 3 identical exposures in ALE to get more dynamic range, tonemapped in Luminance HDR, combined and post-processed in Photoshop.
