I'd like to know a bit more re: lighting details - did you use a reflector for fill light? What was the main light source?

ExNihilo: I am kind of a math person, haha. The main source of lighting was the plain old sun. I didn't use a reflector card, but I positioned myself close to a plain white wall which I guess served as a reflector. I took it outside in my backyard on a nice, sunny day.

The white wall obviously worked REALLY well - kind of like having a 100 sq foot light source right in front of you - makes gorgeous soft shadows... nice.

Fiori: Thanks! 95% of the time I don't use a tripod - I just have my camera held out at arms length. I'll look into the lens and see a reflection which helps me frame... otherwise its a lucky guess.
