dreary
Z, I think you need to adjust the levels,
contrast, and/or curves on this: the colors
are really muddy, especially the terracotta
roofs.

Thanks for the good feedback Bob.
And now also for learning me new words in
English, here is another one new. So you
found the pic boring and dull.
I tagged it for later work, I found a very
old license of ps-elements that came when
years ago I bought a computer and had
forgotten as I was not on the ditigital
thing. So now I've started to explore the
thing (still do not understand
"curves" concept). This was my first try, and then the B&W .

Z, the dreary referred to the weather, not
the photo. . .

Bob, I forgot to think like you!
So far in here, since last october, we've
gotten just rain 3 days: last thursday a
storm, with gorgous thunders (and watter
inside my house), a small rain on sunday and
an even smaller one on monday. Dryness again.
Rain is a blessing for me, so never ever
thought you were refering to it as dull and
boring.
Yes... when traveling it makes you not being
able to do all that was planned, but then,
lots of other nice opportunities can occur.

Ora, I agree with you about Lisboa . . . and
everywhere north of Lisboa . . . it's a very
melancholic country. If I were going to live
in Europe, I'd probably choose somewhere in
northern Portugal, like Ponte de Lima.
My favorite place in Greece, if I were to
live somewhere, would be down around
Areopolis. I just love the old stone
buildings and towers.

this looks very humid, good framing with the
parasol that turned into a parapluie here :)
