    i loved looking through all of your photos, for inspiration, and just to look at. they were all so amazing. each one told a story, that was unique and wonderful. yours was one of the first streams i have ever found, and i've loved it ever since. i was just going through some of my contact's photos, and i ended up at your stream, like any other day. but, all your photos were gone, besides this one. i really like this one, but some of your other ones were my very favorite. i really hope you haven't permently deleted them, i would miss them so much. they're too beautiful to lose. but, if you have, i respect that, and i wish you luck with whatever you do and wherever you go next. it's your stream, you can do what you want. but you were, and still are, one of my very favorite contacts, photographers, and inspiration. if you do not return to photography and flickr, you will be missed very much. and i just wanted to let you know that.

    also, you are a beautiful person, inside and out. never, ever forget that. no matter what happens.

    ...dittos Madeline...Cari evidently needs a break, and surely she has made a prodigious effort that could fill volumes of art books with many outstanding photos, and not just snapshots, but a really soulful and sweetly honest autobiography that has touched many people. I hope that she returns refreshed in her desire to pursue her creative talents...until then the creative world has an empty place that only Cari fits.
