Sue Johanson, born March 16, 1930 is a Canadian writer, public speaker, registered nurse, educator, and media personality.

Johanson's work educating and informing the public about birth control and sexual health earned her Canada's highest honor, appointment to the Order of Canada in 2001, for lifetime achievement.

I was fortunate enough to do a quick portrait session with her in 2009, when she visited Wilfrid Laurier University as a keynote speaker.
