Butterscotch Mousse with Salted Caramel Crisp
It's not ice cream....or yogurt. It is mousse!
The Salted Caramel Crisp (the thing that looks almost like a palm tree) was a nice touch. The texture was a flimsier peanut brittle. A nice, cool treat for the Spring.
