Ich habe meine etwas unhandliche Nikon Coolpix L 100 verkauft und mir dafür diese kleine aber feine Digi-Cam von Samsung mit 10-fachem optischen Zoom geholt. /
I sold my Nikon Coolpix L 100 and for that money I bought this little and handible Digi-cam from Samsung with a 10-x optical zoom.

Als Schmerztherapie für meinem Rücken bekomme ich Akupunktur-Nadeln in das Ohr (und die Hand) gesetzt. Nach 20 Minuten kann ich sie selbst entfernen. /
Against the pain in my back I get acupunture needles into my ear (and hand). After 20 minutes I can draw them out.

Für etwa 3 Tage hat mir eine Eidechse in meinem Hotelzimmer in Tunesien Gesellschaft geleistet. Zuvor saß sie über meiner Zummertür auf dem Flur, s. 1. Kommentar. /
For 3 days I had a lizard as a cohabitant in my hotel room in Tunisia. The day before it sat above my hotel door on the corridor, look 1st comment.

Um mein Wohnzimmer aufzupeppen habe ich mir gestern 2 neue Teppiche gekauft:
Oben ein Qashqai (Nein, nicht das Auto aus Fernost!) und unten ein Pasyrik, einem etwa 2.500 Jahre altem Motiv aus Sibirien nachgewebt. /
For my living room I bought 2 new carpets:
above: a Qashqai (No, not the car from Japan!) and below: a Pasyrik, woven as a 2.500 year old image from Siberia.

Nachdem ich vor ein paar Wochen mit einem abgebrochenen Zahn nur kurz zur Notfall-Behandlung beim Zahnarzt war, wollte dieser sich nach einigen Jahren mal wieder einen allgemeinen Überblick verschaffen. Der sah dann so aus. /
