Beverly runs north from 107th St to 87th St. Its east - west boundaries are Beverly Ave (2000 W) north of 103rd St and Vincennes Ave south of 103rd St, west to Sacramento Ave (3000 W) and the city limits along California Ave (2800 W) and Western Ave (2400 W).

Beverly's sub-neighborhoods includes East Beverly and West Beverly.
