plus: I especially like the different speeds and
textures of the water represented here
minus: probably you couldn't have taken the photo
from a different angle, so it's a good job
considering the circumstances. I would
suggest cropping or cloning out the woody bit
at the bottom (see note)

Congratulations! I spent ages trying to
capture this but only got a tail or a head
(or a splash). I like the way that you
captured the power of the water as well - it
shows how much the fish have to fight to
climb the ladders.
