Tower of Juche Idea & Rungnado May Day Stadium, Pyongyang, North Korea

The Tower of Juche Idea was completed in 1982 to commemorate Kim Il Sung's 70th birthday. The Juche Idea, the official state ideology, developed by the man himself, is a blend of Marxism-Leninism and Autarky.

The Rungnado May Day stadium, the largest in the world by siting capacity, is the venue for the Arirang Mass Games, the current Guinness record holder for the largest mass performance.
