the funny thing is, the church is mainly all white inside - like a bone-white color, which you can see better in the bottom half of this shot - but somehow a little bit of the yellow (from the lights and the little gilded areas on the arches) and the blue highlights came through in the photos. i didn't even notice the blue until i was preparing to upload this to flickr, and it's actually my most favorite part of the shot. =)

It also immediately reminded me of this shot I took, but yours is way better.

I think next time I'm home I won't tell anyone and just walk around the city and be an obnoxious tourist with a camera around his neck... although you should join in and we can hunt down which restaurant in the Tandooriloin is serving nargasi koftay (unless it's Ayesha's kitchen, of course).
