You'd be hard pressed to find someone in San Diego here who DOESN'T have a few of these blankets lying around.

I recognize some books here that I own!

Your individual, vintage pieces are the start of a beautiful collection! However, from this photo, it feels as though you basically have placed the furniture against the walls...how about thinking "off the wall" a bit? That gorgeous bookcase could be a wonderful divider to create a cozy, mini-library if you move it in between the two windows... or rotate the sofa around and into the middle of the room so that you sit on it and face the view (and breezes) from the windows....
However, the pieces you've invested in are great examples of mid-century modern! Good job on your good "collector's eye"!

I got it from a local seller on eBay, he has a warehouse. It's fairly large, and it cost me around 170 dollars. It's a flokati rug.
