Seeded Cable Sleeve by yahaira.
Unraveled from XS sized sample.

Pins mark increases and decreases.

Read notes for actual measurements of this piece. I would also suggest not hanging on so much to what cable row is being worked.

When you say "not hanging on so much to what cable row is being worked," what do you mean? Do you mean to say that the directions that are along the line of "foll 8th row" are confusing (which I understand what it means now, after asking and banging my head around), or do you mean that sometimes you'll end on a row that is different from the one the directions say you should be on?

In any case, thanks so much for the help on this pattern-- truly this cardigan is why I bought the book (but I definitely love the other patterns as well) and I was so frustrated to find that there are so many mistakes in it. Luckily, I was informed before meeting them, but still. Your patience and hard work is very much appreciated.

(and sorry for the overlong comment. ;P)

I mean people are getting hung up on what cable row they need to be, when all they have to do is follow the math. If you follow the math (ie ...every following 8th row) then you should be fine.

If you're knitting the XS and applying these corrections, you'll end up on different cable rows anyway so those aren't as important.
