Seeded Cable Sleeve56 sts were indeed cast on 4 increase rows were worked NOT 6 as pattern states. Stitch count is 64 sts. Increases were done by adding sts to the purl background instead of creating more ribbing. BO 8 sts BO 8 sts small gold pin denotes 14 rows worked even. first decrease row, p2tog right next to the cables BO 3sts BO 4 BO 3 BO 4 BO rem marks next set of decreases mirrored decreases width at bottom is about 8.5" unstretched (as seen in this image) length from cast on to bind off is 8" total length from cast on to bind off is 13.5"   Unraveled from XS sized sample.
