Stinking Bishop

    I told the guy in the shop that "Stinking Bishop" is not from France and is in fact from England but he did not seem to care much :-)

      I think it's from Cropwell Bishop in East Midlands (Nottinghamshire, I think). And yes, it stinks. Big time!

      It is made in Dymock Gloucestershire. I only knew this because my in-laws live about 3 miles away and know the chap who makes it!
