Christmas Cards from a Mayan Village in Guatemala

Heh.
Christmas Cards from a Mayan Village in Guatemala by xeni.
Hand-drawn Christmas cards from a K'iche Mayan village in the Dept. of Sololá, Guatemala. Along with family and tech world friends, I work with local community leaders there in an international nonprofit that supports economic and social sustainability. These holiday cards included beautiful hand-written notes, some from adults, some from children. I've removed the private messages, because they're private, but I'm sharing the beautiful artwork here with the world.

I've heard it get's very humid in Guatemala. Amazing that it made your hair grow, and get curly!
I absolutely love this set, thanks for sharing with us.
