This is the very well known Cathedral of Brasília by Oscar Niemeyer, one of the most important names in international modern architecture.

Thanx for this nice comment and I totally agree about the sky of Brasilia. I make the wish that some time I will have more opportunities to see the sun rising and setting in this beautiful city.
