The ultimate Modernist "house" (more like "cabin in the woods").
      No stone throwers allowed !

Very cool, as long as Billy Joel is not lurking around!

... i learned from my house designing days, the trick with a lot of glass
is to 'light the night' . People are freaked out by the large expanses of nothing, darkness behind the big plate glass windows at night. If you light up the surronding landscape then you still have a 'view' .\
You can see the atomic zombies sneaking up on you.
Yes. a big glass house is for 'modern' people who are brave
      and have laser cannons!

does the door in the central silo go to the bathroom or bomb shelter?

... the central area is the bathroom.
But I think if you sit on the toilet and hit a hidden switch it descends through thirty feet of bedrock to the bunker.

Love the look of this place but I guess it would require an awful big plot and maybe a woodlot for privacy. Also there is no wall space for art collectors and probably too much light for a library. I guess you just stare out at the world.
