Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

As kids, we would do a big fancy Christmas dinner, with appetizers. We looked forward to the appetizers the most, so one year, we stopped making a big dinner. Now we eat platefuls of appetizers.
Pictured here are bacon wrapped shrimp with mozz. cheese and BBQ sauce.

@ Jan - Thanks, I can take credit only for the photo. These are my Dad's specialty. And because of the horrible wind/snow/drifting last Sunday night, we stayed over an extra night, and I went straight to work on Monday, which meant NO Leftovers in my fridge at home! : (
