Bagels are a staple here. We prefer the chewy ones and note our previous favorite (Einstein) seem smaller (downsized for profit?) and drier lately. Takes about an hour to slice 'em and bag 'em up and to make ready for lunches and breakfast. Everyone’s favorites are the everything -- it's got to be the salt on the bagels we really love. We were reading about salt and dopamine today. When in doubt, bet on the dopamine link. It’s the (want for) dopamine that made us do it.
