Tracking The Reasons Many Girls Avoid Science And Math
Most parents and many teachers believe that if middle-school and high-school girls show no interest in science or math, there's little anyone can do about it. New research by a team that includes vocational psychologists at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) indicates that the self-confidence instilled by parents and teachers is more important for young girls learning math and science than their initial interest.

Great Photo. I would love to talk about using this image with the girls removed for a documentary I am making you can learn more about it here. www.ScienceSexandTheLadies.com

It would be used as a background plate in a scene shot on greenscreen where a teacher is talking. We would of course supply a credit and link. We've been working with a number of photographers on flickr to help keep costs down, as we are a low budget, for the love it of film making trio.

I've got tons of pictures of this room on my flickr site. Many available via creative commons and available for download according to cc. You are welcome to remove the girls (obviously) on your own and use the pic. I've got the high rez and can get it to you if you're set on that image but I need to charge a small fee for that.
