      Oh, this is the finished block. Wonderful star. You didn't go for the tiny center one. Chicken? Or, did you want it to look more like the Dallas Cowboys star? Love the colors you choose.

      Trying to make it look more like Dallas' star, so I needed a larger middle star. I'd never tried paper piecing by machine before (I've done hexies with English paper piecing) but I don't think that middle star would have been any harder than the rest of it. I'm glad I tried it, I wasn't sure about it!

      Once you get the hang of it, it goes fast. The hardest part is picking out the fabrics.
