I-5 Tacoma Ribbon Cutting

Doubling the width of Interstate 5 through Tacoma came loaded with challenges. “We want to give the neighborhoods and community groups a lot of thanks for their support and patience throughout this project,” said Transportation Secretary Paula Hammond, at a ribbon-cutting event on Delin Street next to Holy Rosary Church.
