Obviously I'm not a southern gal but I developed a fascination of pimento cheese recently. The logical next step is of course to make it at home. I used a mix of Maple Dale 5yr aged cheddar, pimento, mayonnaise, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco for the cheese spread. I matched it with two slices of Sour Cream Red Fife bread buttered on the outside. What a breakfast!
