White, wet pants!

Your photographer had attended the Red Bull Flugtag event hoping to see the crowd have water access, and maybe results such as this! No Tampa water access. This quick photo is at Clearwater Beach. Really nice white, wet pants scene, but please note there is a bathing suit on under there.

Having visited Clearwater and other beaches, since 1963, I still cannot fully answer this. As to why in the water, it is maybe the carefree mood of the wearer. Or, as you have seen in my photos, some just purposely do it! I don't know anything about these pants, other than they are maybe the most interesting wet pants that I have seen!
