ALBERTA 1945 (EX-31-3-46) REPLACEMENT PLATE WRAPPER

The word "OWNER" appeared on a replacement plate wrapper istead of a serial number.

This is the wrapper my 1945 (EX-31-3-46) Alberta passenger replacement plate came in. Regular plates were packaged with the plates serial number on the wrapper. This wrapper had the word "OWNER" instead of the license plate's number as there was no number on a replacement plate. The number was painted in when the owner reported his plate lost or stolen.
