Apples

Not sure what type of apples these are but they are quite small and hard with a wonderful sharp flavour.

@Petra They are about 5 cm in diameter and the flesh is white.
@Dennis the worms are bitter, very bitter indeed (i speak from experience)
@Bootpainter The rotten ones feel soft and slightly leathery. Its quite disturbing when they burst, almost like a boil.
