In the south east of Iceland there is a place called Jökulsárlón, the
glacier lagoon. Ice blocks break off from the glacier and float in the
lagoon. As the lagoon is connecte to the ocean, the ice blocks are
being carried to the sea through a small but strong stream.
So the coastline along this area provides a very special view as most of these ice blocks strand on the beach.
With the midnight sun, a full moon and a nice sky we really had a beautiful scenery that night.
