Traveling War Memorial

Lisa Philipon, of West Hartford, speaks at the unveiling of a traveling war memorial to honor the lives of U.S. service members from Connecticut or with strong ties to the state who lost their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan since 9/11/01. Philipon's son Lawrence, a Lance Corporal in the Marines, was killed in Iraq in 2005.
