Breakfast at the Grand Hotel

The Thousand Year-Old Egg (aka Black Egg). Surprisingly tastier than the salty White Egg below.
Congee. Kinda like rice grits.
Rice Ball
Zong-zi (rice dumpling). Qu Yuan, a well-loved poet, drowned himself in the river and to prevent the fish from eating his body, people made rice dumplings and threw them into the river.
Some sort of cucumber gelatin.
