Macromondays: DIY
Long time between drinks. first entry to macromondays in a while. been slogging myself at work, and for those recently viewing my stream, it has been few and far between. and when there has been something, it looks remarkably like holiday snaps of big rocks, using lots of bright australian sunshine and lots of surreal colour.

here we are, slightly back to normal MM form. moderately abstract, monochrome, and upside down.

mr squiggle would be proud.

Anyway, the theme this week was DIY. As you can see, the drill bit looks remarkably pristine. Reflective of usage, and ability. Liz is the fixit chick. I just look.... well.... not so pretty.

Used the tripod to try and capture the richness of the gold, and then completely wasted that effort by converting it anyway......

thor

thor

I was expecting a hammer to come with an instruction manual, with the ever so hilarious pseudo-english.

But a hammer does not come with an instruction manual. Instead, thor the hammer god has included a handy marker to point out where the head is..... ie the bit you use to hit the nail with.

You can just see him thinking: "sometimes those humans are just so dumb: 24/7 DIY television shows, and I still have to put a clue on the actual tool itself."

Hint to self: buy a vowel if it is offered

MacroMondays: DIY

Another damn hammer.

Lazy recycled shot from the same shoot as this favourite previous high-key MM entry.

OK, so the recycling was lazy. The actual shot required a little effort.

A hammer. Nothing too complex about this one.
