Thank you all! It is easy to make. Take the
milk and boil it with lavender flowers. Set
aside and let it cool down. Add the egg yolks
and honey and put it in a double boiler/bain
marie. Stir it all the time about ten minutes
until it thickens. Put it in a fridge for a
couple of hours. Whip the cream and put it in
the fridge, too. Finally, mix it all together
and put it in an ice cream maker. :)
yum ! I will have to try this .... although i won't use a recipe with egg yolks
(i'm a little intolerant) but there's always
a way to change this with yoghurt & cream

@un arc et ciel: Oh yes, I am sure you can. I even would add some cream cheese to the yoghurt and cream mix. Hmmm, I should try that as well...
