YIP: 04.25.09 by wine me up.
MIcheladas at El Chile on Saturday night during dinner with friends. I wish I knew exactly what they did to make theirs so perfect. We've tried to duplicate it at home, but can't ever get it right.

@maitai113 & in the pink - one recipe here. there are several variations on it and i usually substitute lime for lemon. so delish.

@maitai113 - yes! much like a bloody, but lighter and more refreshing. often times in mexico they're served on ice and are perfect for sitting out under the umbrella on the beach.
