Agreed with the other posters. Though it may not be the newest, it'll still be a good computer for years to come. I can say that after 12 years of owning Macs, typically ones that were not the latest and greatest. For the record, I'm a programmer by day and I do web design/event videography by night.

Don't one have a few days to change ones mind / replace it with the new model if one comes within 14 days or something? If that was the case and it was only 15 days I think they should have fixed it for good.. err.. whatever, I don't know the word, let's just say "karma".

Atleast your PPC-machine runs all the PPC-only apps at full speed, all Intel machines have to run them emulated.

Also todays 20" iMacs have TN-panels but yours have IPS which has higher image quality. Anyway I hope you still like it, take care :)

the price of iphone here in the philippines is to much. 800usd equivalent to 38,000 pesos. hope this problem will be given attention by steve. i cannot afford to buy one. and hoping that the recovery of steve going smoothly so that he can tucle this tyo apple ceo thanks. lito
