      That would be the curia partly hidden to the left in frame (hope I don't make a total fool of myself)? Center of the "western" world for a very long time.

      If I can remember after 30 years it is occluded by the limestone Arch of Septimius Severus there on the left, whilst the pronaos of The Temple of Saturn dominates the center.

      The three remaining colums of The Temple of Castor and Pollux ( model for Birmingham Town Hall ) are at (0.85,0.5)
