Mesa rancheros
A variation of huevos rancheros, with the eggs scrambled with bacon beside them, against the tortilla shell.
Good, but I prefer regular huevos rancheros, with fried rather than scrambled eggs, and chorizo sausage on the side, instead of bacon. Nevertheless, highly enjoyable.
