Thanks to Linda and Little John, and to all of our wonderful dinner guests!
Linda reminds us that scarcity is a myth when we are considering wild foods, which are so abundant in nature.
Beverages included Nettle-Mint infusion and Dandelion Flower Switchel

The wild salad was served with a monarda vinagrette (made from “Bee Balm”, Monarda fistulosa)
Amina serving cooked day lily bulbs, fiddlehead ferns & wild leeks, and wild parsnips
