Cadence 64 rpm It's been awhile since I've been on the bike, either outdoors (see MotionBased log) or indoors (my last bike trainer ride was on Feb. 28--sigh.) I wish I could upload these indoor training rides to MotionBased.com, and Garmin's dangled the carrot that we'll be able to once the cutover to Garmin Connect occurs, but we shall see. I wanted to make this at least 10 miles but it'd been too long off the bike and the kiddo had passed out in an uncomfortable position in her bouncer, so I bailed off the trainer at 8.15 miles. BTW, I suspect the speed data is wonky. A more reasonable, real world (when I'm riding on the road) average is 13 mph, so I find it hard to believe I'm averaging 21.1 mph on the trainer. Granted, that's without drag (wind) and friction (roadway), without having to balance the bike, etc. I trust the cadence sensor rpm data, but something seems wonky about the speed.
