Bike Parking at Oregon Convention Center

When my friends and I got down here to the car parking lot, there was only ONE other bike hanging in the bike parking area (compare this to the melee in the front!)

It was fairly easy to figure out this hanging rack, and I was able to adequately secure my frame and front tire to the rack with my Kryptonite U-Lock (this is often difficult even with a normal rack). Plus, this rack is in clear view of the lot attendants.

But this isn't even all the bike parking in the car parking structure...(see next photo)
