Connie "Veni Vidi Vici"
As you all know, i breed cows. last week i went to the preliminairy championship of the dutchbelgian blue herdbook in Geffen, which is one of 4 preliminairy rounds for the national championship.
my Connie did very well, won the championship for 1-year olds (she is 10 months old right now) and won the miss future championship. she also became 2nd overall :) so i am pretty happy.
Kaat might have to do with it, distracting the jury ;) , as i let her walk the cow in the ring.. so she didnt do bad for a "city" girl.. not long and i got her converted to a farmers girl :p
NL: afgelopen week ben ik met mijn koeien naar een van de 4 voorrondes van de nationale keuring van het Belgisch witblauw stamboek gegaan. mijn Connie deed het erg goed, ze won de rubriek, de miss toekomst titel en het kampioenschap pinken. ze werd ook nog eens 2de overall :), reden voor een feestje in huize Zoetekouw ;)
