purple_feather

I don't think I've ever seen a feather that was naturally purple before!

Nice photo - I like the detail and focus. Maybe the purple is a kind of irridescence(?) which is how most "blue" on feathers happens. Anyway, I love the color here - it's kindof a periwinkle, one of my favorite blues. Good focus and detail. Are beautiful image!
