Bundt!

I know apple pie is traditional for the 4th, but I'm not really a traditional gal. This lemon bundt cake recipe called out to me, and I couldn't not listen. Also, I had a giant meyer lemon that I wanted to use before it went bad.

Chopped

Monday Night Dinner, Version: Tuna

Today was one of those rare occasions where I see a recipe, and then realize, "I have everything to make that at home!" It's nice to not have to wonder what's for dinner after a long day.

This tuna salad recipe is from miss Shutterbean. I served it over some arugula and threw on a couple of cherry tomatoes and put everything on top of a piece of grilled flatbread.

And since the boyfiance can't eat tuna or beans, I made a modified version for him with some sardines. I grilled some pita bread and filled it with the arugula, cherry tomatoes, and sardine salad. I didn't try any but he said it was good.
