Great reaction photo! He knows she's going into 8 to 10 yrs of heavy duty study and no sleep. Getting into joint MD/PhD programs makes working at the WH look like 6th grade and only goes to the very brightest.
Hope she'll be back in 10-12 yrs to provide knowledge and informed policy.
